ROME, Capital of The Roman Empire – After leading the army for over a month, Romans leader, Yellow Typer, was unexpectedly removed from the armies leadership. In this post, we will dive into what has occurred in Rome.

Yellow Typer was introduced to the army community in 2024 when he was recruited into the Secret Service. Following the armies closure, he had attempted to revive it but was rejected. In November of that year, Yellow founded the Fire Vikings. After a month of leading the army, the Vikings merged for a Dark Pirates revival where Yellow Typer saw himself as the Captain of a new ship. After captaining the Pirates for some time, Yellow eventually departed from the army and joined the Mercenaries as Second In Command. After a short stint in the Mercenaries, Yellow went on to revive the Fire Vikings for another generation. After a few months of leading the army, he eventually departed and joined the Romans.

On September 23, Yellow Typer was promoted to the Romans leadership alongside Znation and Sumdog. After leading the Romans for over a month, on October 28, Yellow was silently removed from the armies leadership. It wasn’t until 2 days later that the Romans released a post regarding his removal. The post written by Smurf states that the reason for Yellows removal was not only due to his recent inactivity but also due to his failure to communicate with the rest of the armies leadership that he would be going inactive, which resulted in his co leaders unsure of how to proceed with scheduled operations planned by Yellow Typer.

Following the news of Yellows removal, the Small Medium Army League reached out to Yellow Typer for an interview.

How does it feel to get couped?

Honestly, this is my very first time being couped. So, my first time experiencing this, I gotta say it’s a very tough decision but what’s done is done.

What was your reaction to finding out that you were couped?

I was somewhat shocked. I really can’t be mad at the consul’s decision to remove me from leadership because they make a valid point. I got busy for a couple of days so I couldn’t really respond to them.

Do you feel the reason for your removal was justified and do you think there may be more to it?

I most definitely feel like it was justified. Romans have had some inactive leaders from time to time, ever since I’ve been in the army as a 2IC. I was very active at the time, but when I started to get inactive a few months into Romans leadership, I couldn’t really attend events or anything like that. Decisions……..

What are your plans for the future?

My plan for the future is just to stay out of armies for a while and focus on SMAL.
