UNKNOWN TERRITORY, Elite Guardians Capital – The Elite Guardians have shockingly announced their hiatus from the army community, stating that they will be shifting their focus to other Club Penguin Private Servers. In this post we will dive into what is going on in the Elite Guardians.

The Elite Guardians of Club Penguin were founded by Cookky2 and Edu14463 in October of 2017. It originated as an idea as a Portuguese colony for the Nachos. However, when the plan was about to be executed, Club Penguins closure was announced, making the plans obsolete. But soon after, Cookky2 found Club Penguin Brasil, which re-ignited his idea to begin a Portuguese Club Penguin army, founding it a while after with his friend Edu14463.

On the 7th of January 2026, Lana announced that the Elite Guardians would be having a hiatus due to them wanting some time away from the army community and to focus on other Club Penguin Private Servers. This was shocking to the community because it was so sudden and unpredictable.

Following the news of the Elite Guardians’ hiatus, The Small Medium Army League reached out to Lana, one of their leaders, for an interview.

How do you think the hiatus will affect the EGCP community?

Yes. But in a positive way. We want to prioritize our fun.

Did the leadership recieve any criticism for this decision?

Yes but we receive more support, especially from Ghostt (The SR leader) He helped us understand how we felt and advised us to take some time to focus on irl

What are your plans for the future?

We will stay being part of Club Penguin community, just outside of CPA. We plan to hold events in CPJ, for example… even tournaments between our troops.
