ROME, Capital of the Roman Empire – After a couple months of leading the Romans army, Romans leader Bull Hour announced his retirement from the armies leadership.

Bull Hour joined Club Penguin Armies in 2012 when he was recruited into the Dark Warriors. In 2013 he founded the Tiger Warriors which became an S/M powerhouse and reached the Club Penguin Army Central top ten rankings. He held high positions in armies such as the Nachos, Rebel Penguin Federation, Federation Fear Republic, Smart Penguins, Green Mercenaries, and Light Workers. Bull Hour returned to armies in 2021 and revived the Tiger Warriors, he eventually went on to create the Mercenaries and lead the Special Weapons And Tactics. He held positions in armies such as the Secret Service and joined the Romans leadership earlier this year.

On June 23, 2025, Bull Hour was promoted to the rank of leader in the Romans and led the army for two months. On August 23, 2025, it was announced on the Romans discord by Bull Hour that he would be retiring from the army due to having less time to focus on the army.

How do you think your retirement will affect Romans?

I believe the Romans are in good hands. The current leaders are energetic and passionate about guiding the army. While my retirement may have a slight impact, I am confident it will not cause any major setbacks.

Is this a permanent retirement from armies or do you see yourself returning to Romans or joining another army in the future?

I am not retiring from CPA as a whole. As I mentioned in my retirement announcement, I will still be around with the Romans until the tournament is over. So, in that sense, I haven’t retired permanently. However, I can’t guarantee a full return. If an opportunity arises in the future, I may consider it, but most likely I won’t, due to work and other commitments

You spent a few months in Romans, what is your favorite memory?

sitting in VC with my Roman homies, especially DJ and also my promotion to Leader.
