SPARKLE, SM Army League Headquarters – The third week of February has come to an end and we see a total of eight armies present on the weekly rankings. We see many position shifts following multiple battles and the return of two armies on the rankings. We see a new army in the top three and we also see the Dark Warriors continue to hold their place at the top of the rankings.
